My journey began as a senior production manager for the Daily Mail, but a career change led me to purchase a locksmith franchise, which I later sold to start my own business, City Locksmiths Gwent Ltd. Since then, I've completed numerous training courses, including NCFE Accreditation in locksmithing and MPL certification in lock picking.
