Call on Saurday about fitting a new lock and was fitted by 3pm Monday! Supurb fast and efficient service.highly recommended.

In Oct 2022, Claymore fitted new locks to our doors and garage. They were on time, very pleasant to deal with, and did a great job. In June 2023, I managed to lock myself out of the house. I called Claymore just before 5pm who advised me to call the lock manufacturer to whom we had registered our new keys and request a security code from them which could then be provided to Claymore. Claymore even texted me the phone number to call.

We successfully got the code and provided it to Claymore. Claymore then arranged for the key to be cut and had one of their staff drop it to us on the way home as we were also unable to pick it up (the car keys were also in the house!). By 5.45pm we had the new key from Claymore and were back in the house. Absolutely outstanding service from Claymore - couldn't have asked for more on both occasions. Highly recommend.

Graeme was very helpful with getting us into our Phoenix safe. He was able to contact Phoenix for us to get the override code when the safe went into a hibernation state. He was very helpful and accommodating, communicating with us via phone and text message until we were able to open the safe with the code. Great service

Graeme was thankfully able to quickly repair our doorlock, It was not the cheapest service but, after doing some shopping around and being told it might need a new door instead of just a lock replacement I decided to go with. "Claymore Locks" and. I have a new lock fitted for 306 rather than the much higher price of a new door! Thanks Graeme.

Brilliant service, my son broke the lock and they came out same day and fixed it for free for me.

I came across this locksmith by chance just when I needed one to replace a lock that broke the day before. As I was leaving for work Graeme offered to replace the lock in my absence and drop the keys off at my workplace. He is very trustworthy, did an excellent job and I couldn't be happier with the service. Highly recommended!
