I'm Neil Meaden-Johnson, Director and Chief Engineer of Central Locksmiths Ltd, a family business that I'm proud to say I founded over 25 years ago. My mission has always been to ensure that Central Locksmiths provides our customers with peace of mind, with integrity and trust. We strive to provide an excellent service, ensuring our customers' satisfaction and faith in us.

At Central Locksmiths, we specialise in providing security maintenance and joinery services for high security & custodial sites, businesses, and school premises. We're also here to help you make your home safe and secure from opportunist burglars. Our client base has increased through personal recommendation, and we're proud to say that we have built our reputation on providing an excellent service.

Our engineers are all 'Advanced' security vetted by West Midlands Police and have CBR/DBS security clearance. We take the security and confidentiality of our customers very seriously, and we're committed to providing a professional and confidential service at all times.

Locksmith Services for Businesses and Homes

Our engineers are specialists at opening and repairing mechanical and digital locks used on a variety of doors, windows, desks, cabinets, shutters, and lock boxes, among others, at your premises. Wherever possible, we will try to repair rather than replace a lock. Our expert Locksmith/Joiner will ensure that all locks and door hardware are fitted professionally. We provide free quotes in advance for new customers.

Locksmith Services for Custodial and High-Security Premises

We specialise in providing security maintenance and joinery services for high security & custodial sites. Our main work involves working independently and in special partnership with Facilities Companies to ensure the security and safety of staff working at Public and Private Sector High Security & Custodial sites in the West Midlands. We have worked at these kind of sites for over 20 years, and our 'Advanced' security clearance is carried out by West Midlands Police on a regular basis.

Locksmith and Bespoke Joinery Services for Schools

Our Locksmiths work in partnership with site staff to ensure Schools are safe and secure places for the children and staff who work there. All our engineers have Advanced Level DBS Security Clearance. Our Joiner can make bespoke furniture, fittings, or dividers to solve storage problems or help create a more workable space for you.

Locksmith Subcontractor for Facilities Management Groups

We work in partnership with Facilities Management Companies where they require the specialist services of a Locksmith based in the west Midlands. We are pleased to work with and be accredited by Companies such as Trios, Spie, Mitie, and Kendricks, to solve security breaches at their clients premises and offer maintance services.

Fire Safety

We undertake Fire Door Safety Assessments, complete necessary works and supply the annual certification required. We can supply and fit safety signage, including exterior surfaces signage such as Disabled Parking notifications. We undertake post Burglary Security Assessments and can complete necessary works to secure premises.
